Most of our customers are having a pretty bad day when they call us. They usually have experienced a fire or flood, or they have found mold unexpectedly in their property. Recently we completed repairs to a home of a brother and sister who had just lost both their mother and father. While in the process of getting the parent’s home ready for sale, the waterline to the icemaker in the refrigerator broke, flooding the hardwood floors in the kitchen and under the tile floors in the bathroom. In order to remedy this problem we had to remove, replace and refurbish kitchen cabinets and countertops. We removed the hardwood floor and replaced it with a very nice tile floor. We then cleaned and painted the property top to bottom. It was gratifying to receive a letter from these good people which said,” Thank you again for your good work and assistance during this very stressful time in our lives!” We are always glad when we are able to help people during their time of stress and trouble and leave them with a good feeling of a job well done.
